About

Written by people who ride along

We write for couriers, food drivers and parcel drivers. Our job is to cut through gadget noise and tell you what is worth carrying on a busy shift.

What we do

Guidetalcuriorocket is an independent guide site published by Curio Rocket Media Ltd. We look at the small pieces of kit that save time and money at each stop, and we tie each one to a moment in a driver's shift.

How we choose

  • Time first: does it save seconds or minutes on a real route?
  • Money second: is the cost small next to what it gives back?
  • Durability: will it survive heat, cold, rain and being thrown on a seat?
  • Safety and law: does it keep your eyes on the road and sit within the rules?

Our independence

We are not affiliated with any delivery platform, employer or gadget maker. We do not accept payment to feature a product or change a ranking. Where a guide mentions a standard, a regulator or a platform, it is for reference only.

Our limits

Laws, platform rules and prices change, and every route is different. Treat our guides as a starting point, check the rules where you work, and tell us when we have got something wrong. Health and safety comments are general information, not medical or legal advice.

Built for the route, not the showroom

That is the whole idea. Kit that earns its space in the cab.
